Youth

Youth at St Paul

A place to belong, ask questions, and grow in faith.

SPY is a place for students in grades 6–12 to find community, follow Jesus, and learn how to live out their faith in everyday life. Through friendships, worship, conversations, service, and plenty of fun, we want every student to know they belong and that their faith can become their own.

FIND — Find Your People

You belong here. From Wednesday nights and Sunday gatherings to games, food, and hanging out, SPY is a place to build real friendships and find a community that feels like home.

FOLLOW — Grow in Your Faith

Faith isn’t just something we talk about at church. Through Scripture, worship, prayer, and honest conversations, students learn what it means to follow Jesus in real life.

FISH — Live It Out

Your faith is personal, but it’s not private. We want to help students recognize opportunities to serve, share the hope of Jesus, and put their faith into action wherever God has placed them.

Growing together

Youth ministry is more than one weekly gathering. Students grow through conversation, worship, friendship, service, and shared experiences.

Sunday Night Youth

Sunday night is where we gather for food, fun, worship, and conversations that help students grow closer to Jesus and one another. Middle school and high school have space to connect in ways that meet them where they are.

  • Middle School Hour: 5–6 p.m.
  • Snack supper for middle and high school: 6–6:30 p.m.
  • High School Hour: 6:30–7:30 p.m.
  • Once a month, combined middle and high school events meet from 5–7 p.m.

Growing throughout the year

Seasonal experiences give students room to deepen friendships, serve others, step outside familiar routines, and put faith into action.

Retreats and trips

Some of the best memories happen when we get away. From retreats and camps to ski trips and other adventures, these experiences give students the chance to have fun, build deeper friendships, and step away from everyday routines to focus on God.

Mission

We believe faith should move us toward people. Through mission trips, service projects, and opportunities to serve our community, students learn that people are not projects and that following Jesus means loving others, listening well, and putting faith into action.
