Youth Ski Retreat

Join us for one of the most anticipated trips of the year—our SPY Winter Ski Retreat! We’ll spend four days and three nights on Flat Top Mountain in Ghent, WV, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and growing together as a community.

We’ll travel by charter bus, stay right on the mountain, and enjoy unlimited access to the slopes just steps from our ski houses—no shuttles, no waiting, just full days of fun in the snow. Whether you’re carving down black diamonds or cruising the tubing hills, this retreat has something for everyone.

But this trip is about more than snow—it’s about what God wants to do in us.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore the question:

“What does it mean to surrender?”

We’ll talk about what it looks like to trust God with our fears, control, relationships, and future—and how choosing surrender leads to freedom, peace, and real life with Jesus. Through worship, small groups, and honest conversations, students will be invited to let God meet them right where they are.

This retreat is the perfect way to reset, reconnect, and refocus before finishing out the school year strong. We would love for all of our youth to be part of it!

Cost

• Skiers / Snowboarders: $500
• Tubers / Non-skiers: $400

This includes transportation, lodging, lift or tubing passes, programming, and meals at the ski house.

• Deposit (to hold your student’s spot – Non Refundable unless someone takes your spot) Due: February 8, 2026
  Amount: $300 (Skier/snowboarding) / $200 (Non/Tuber)
• Remaining Balance Due: February 22, 2026
  Amount: $200 (Skier/snowboarding) / $200 (Non/Tuber)
